Entries opened for Dilmah's Real High Tea Challenge for Australia and the United Arab Emirates. The search is now on for the perfect real high tea that combines the age old tradition of tea and blends in perfect harmony with innovative and modern culinary flair. Dubai and Abu Dhabi joins, Australia to take forward the Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge 2013 which will culminate with the Dilmah Real High Tea Global Challenge in 2014.

In Australia, the Challenge will be conducted in two editions: one for tea enthusiasts with a penchant for creative tea gastronomy and mixology, and the other for culinary professionals in the hospitality sector who look forward to creating tea infused masterpieces that will help take the art of tea gastronomy to a whole new dimension. The Challenge for Professionals will be replicated in Dubai on 9th and 10th April at the Radisson Deira while in Abu Dhabi it will be held on 11th April at The Club.
