Bols, the worlds oldest distilled brand and Dilmah, the worlds leading ethical tea brand have joined forces by hosting a masterclass at the Bols Bartending Academy in Amsterdam. This Masterclass was conducted by Piet Leijenhorst , Master Distiller Lucas Bols, Dilmah Director Dilhan C. Fernando, Robert Schinkel, Dilmah Tea Sommelier, and Bols Bartending Academy Trainers, Rob Rademaker and Malika Saidi. The four bartenders who made the most inspiring cocktail of this selected group were chosen to go for the Chefs, Sommelier and Teamaker programme due to be held next year in Sri Lanka. This is the result of a day of sharing knowledge, creativity and flavour. At the end of the day these celebrity bartenders created and served their exclusively crafted-Tea & Genever' inspired cocktails to an invited audience of selected press, bartenders and industry professionals.The total revenue of the cocktails sold will be donated to the MJF Charitable Foundation, in support of children with Cerebral Palsy.
