The newly opened Mona Vale Homestead and Pantry is showing off its goods at a high tea tasting event, The Allure of Tea. Dilmah's very own Dilhan Fernando, visiting from Sri Lanka, will lead tea enthusiasts through the fascinating world of tea gastronomy and mixology. Ten unique Dilmah flavours, will be featured from elderflower and apple, blood orange with eucalyptus and even springtime chocolate mint.Mona Vale Pantry will serve dainty morsels of opera gateau, apple and elderflower mousse and streusel choux to accompany the tea. The Allure of Tea is on February 21 at 40 Mona Vale Ave, Fendalton.
