Dilmah's first t-Bar in India opens at Radisson Blu Hyderabad

Dilmah tea and Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad embarked on a partnership to explore the finer points of tea and gastronomy with the opening of a Dilmah t-Bar at the picturesque Banjara Hills location recently. This exciting new initiative was launched by the founder of Dilmah, Merrill J. Fernando, the world's most experienced teamaker, who was joined by his younger son, Dilhan C. Fernando.

The association between Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad and Dilmah, a Sri Lankan family owned Tea Company, known the world over for offering consumers the freshest and finest tea, is the coming together of two great players in a fine marriage of tea and hospitality. The t-Bar is Dilmah's first in India, a country identified as the largest tea consumer and the second largest tea producer in the world.

Dilmah's first t-Bar at the Radisson Blu will offer tea aficionados an opportunity to experience tea based cocktails, mocktails, t-shots and t-shakes in unimaginable combinations. The t-Bar will also host a traditional High Tea with a contemporary touch, which will emphasise on tea as the main component of the experience, thus making it a-Real' High Tea experience for teaholics.
